fitness routine, do you have one?
Last Friday, we had another marathon of DVDs. Fridays are meant for DVDs night for me and my boys. Usually, we can down up to 5 DVDs and while at it, we can finish lots of chips and other snacks. God knows how much load we can stuff our tummies with. No wonder, how many times I try to cut down and exercise regularly, I regain them all back on Friday night and weekends when we binge at my in-laws place. To be honest, I am not only exercising due to aesthetic purposes but also due to health importance. I know that regular exercise can also regularize my blood flow and maintain a healthy heart.
When I used to go to the gym, the equipments I found to be effective are ellipticals and treadmills. I guess I would be able to hit off my weight goal if we had a mini gym at home with full fitness machine similar to those seen at smoothfitness.com. Or should I just be more determined by saying NO on these fatty snacks even on Friday night? Yay!
