I guess the answer to my laziness err more of sluggishness is the fact that I do not move a lot these days yay! I have taken my vacay to its ultimate purpose, laze around and live like a bum! They say if you move a lot, read: indulge in some sports or exercise, you would be able to stack up some energy and you won’t feel sluggish. Hmm, so much easier to say than done. But yes, I need to move this time around. Probably, I would join my spouse’s friends in their next paintball game and get myself this paintball gun package which are quite affordable.

I know some people or even families do not welcome videogames such as PS3, Wii, XBOX, DS lite etc… in their homes. They think that these stuff would only isolate each other from staying and interacting with each other. I beg to disagree, I just feel that if you can afford one, it’s okay to get one. The key is balance and discipline especially when kids are involved. They should know what their limitations are in terms of spending time playing video games.

I admire Korean women for their zest of life. I have never seen a Korean woman whose appearance seems not to be well put together. They are always made-up and trendsetters. In fact, one of our Korean friends enrolled herself in one of the top michigan cosmetology schools, not because she is putting up a salon or she wanted to pursue a make-up career but it was more of her personal well-being.
