NOTE TO SELF: No More Food Binging

Seriously, I am already contemplating on taking these diet pills if my hardwork on dieting and daily workout/jogging fails. Argh! But to be honest, I have been cheating on my diet lately and have been obliging myself with some chips, sweets and yes, fastfood meals! I realized that when I indulge myself with these kinds of food, I end up being sluggish, lazy, unproductive and disorganized, moreso cranky at times. It is important that I take only what my system should take, which are healthy meals, fresh food and everything organic.
And yes, this is a note to myself.
No more food binging, concentrate on healthy living and meeting goals
