21 Days.

Today I start a habit. I was so determined when I woke up that I prayed over it. I won’t divulge anything but it has something to do with my morning routines. This habit will improve me spiritually and yes, physically. Another clue, if I am able to achieve one aspect of this habit, I could sport a 2-pc while taking one of these Branson vacation packages hee hee .

They say it will take 21 days to form a habit so let’s see how far my determination goes.

Wow, now this is my dream room, if only it came with a basement dehumidifier and if only I was single. Obviously, the husbo would not want to sleep in this girly-type room. But if you look closer with the details, this room has a potential to turn into a great and elegant master’s bedroom. What do you think?

flats and sales jobs

A friend of mine recently landed one of the most prestigious sales jobs in one of the top companies. While she would want to wear flat shoes like the one in the photo, they are required to wear at least 2-inch heels even when doing sales calls and field jobs. Yay! I feel for her but knowing her determination, she will do whatever she can to achieve promotion in this field.

Misses Size.

Wow, I can’t believe it, I am almost done selling stuff in eBay. I’ve got only 8 items in my selling list left. Weee! Now, this is going to be a yearly thing. It is a good opportunity to update my closet as well and instead of throwing away clothes, I get to have additional funds for shopping.

While on this eBay selling spree, I found out the misses clothing and how it differentiate with the women’s, juniors and girl’s sizes. Amazing that these come with different size 2, 4, 6, 8, etc… I really love to put up my retail business, maybe in the future, who knows.

My friend C and J are getting married very soon, like in less than 2 months. C’s mom is in-charge with their wedding bands and has decided to use old heirloom loose diamonds to be part of their bands. C asked me to check on the designs they were thinking of getting and looks like their wedding bands are going to be the bomb. I love weddings and I especially like it when I am asked of my opinion on wedding logistics and details.

Next to the spouse, my closest relationship is with my iPhone. Haha! Seriously, I cannot imagine if I can live without one. One time, I left this gadget over at a friend’s house and since they live like 20-minute drive away from us, it took us the next day to pick it up again. I had withdrawal symptoms the whole night. I guess because this iPhone makes my life more organized and makes it easier for me to track my online tasks.

Sunshine from Little Kids.

Kids have this way of bringing sunshine to anywhere they are. Even if they threw tantrums, you still feel the sincerity in their actions and words. When you give them presents, they do not mind receiving a small toy over some beautiful Peg perego ride, for as long as they know they have a present, they are happy. I wish life remains to be simple like the way a child looks at it but as we grow older, it tends to be complicated, nevertheless we still must enjoy this journey. Have a blessed week ahead everyone!

too late for a camp-out?

Are we too late to plan for a camping trip?
Yes, we have listed camping as part of our summer plans this year, but things got so busy that we totally forgot all about it until I saw this photo while checking out Samsung products online. I wish DH would give in to my and the little boy’s request. After all, the weather is fine for an overnight camp-out. But where? Hmmm, maybe in the nearby park would do .

Here I go again with my mindlessly web surfing.
I was supposed to order a pair of lingerie for an officemae who is going to have her bridal shower on Friday night but instead, I hop on to my favorite Tumblr site, JustBeSplendid and saw these cute animal clutch purses. However, I doubt if my stuff would fit in there nor would it still be cute with stuff on it. I am thinking, deformed animal clutch.

Things To Do When Bored At Work

This is in relation to my previous entry.
Yes we were bored that’s why we had that Psychic encounter pft!

1. The first thing you can do is clean your desk space. Organize it efficiently.
2. You have access to the Internet. Use it. Read about things that interest you and excite you.
3. Look around you, you’re surrounded by people. Come up with nicknames for all these people.
4. Another interesting thing you can do is google the names of your coworkers.
5. Have a chat with someone around you about something that you both share in common and like discussing.
6. Play some office pranks on the people around you, but be cautious while doing so since fun things to do when bored at work could land you in trouble.
7. Choose one coworker, and scare him/her by staring at them constantly. Make strange expressions and confuse them.
8. Think of ways in which you can personalize your space. Put up some pictures or some memorabilia.
9. Read some ebooks, or catch up with the news of the world.
10. Go stand at the water cooler or the coffee machine and make random conversation with the people that come there.
